Jeff Gans is the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of Foundation Wealth Partners. With more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, Jeff brings insight, passion and proven experience to lead the company.

Jeff’s wealth management and experiences have fostered a deep appreciation and belief in the value of personal, customized advice. Jeff has spent his career focused on enabling advisors and their teams to build successful businesses while helping clients manage their financial future. He has always enjoyed working with advisors to understand what they need to deliver an outstanding client experience.

At the same time that he founded Foundation Wealth Partners, Jeff also worked with Purpose Financial to found Purpose Advisor Solutions (PAS), a new, modern wealth management company designed to bring together the best of new financial technology with personalized advice and create the digital tools to help advisors succeed in the next generation of financial advice.

Prior to founding Foundation Wealth Partners and PAS, Jeff spent time in both the U.S. and Canada leading advisor businesses for leading financial institutions. Most recently, he led the HNW Advisor business at TD where he successfully led the transformation and growth of the Personal Investment Advisor business. Jeff also led the entire wealth products organization while at TD. Prior to TD, Jeff worked at Ameriprise Financial and was responsible for Field Growth and Operations supporting the growth and development of 10,000 independent and employee advisors. In this role he developed a leading Practice Management and training organization while also managing compensation, real estate and other key advisor support functions. Jeff also has experience as a strategic consultant working in areas; including, mergers and acquisition, growth strategies and new product development.

He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College in Philadelphia.
Jeff was born and raised in Toronto. He and his wife Kim have two young boys who are a focus of their energy when away form the office. Jeff enjoys running, playing basketball and other activities to help clear is mind and keep in shape. He is active in the community, sitting on the Paediatric Oncology Group of Ontario board and serving as Treasurer for Helene Comay Nursery School.
